Front of House Extra Nightly Duties- Versailles

The following needs to be completed on their respective days

Mondays – Closed.

Tuesdays - Doors, Ledges, and Shelves + Outside.

• Wipe down all doors (front, patio, and side doors), inside and out.

• Clean and wipe down the ledges and door frames.

• Dust and clean extra beer taps and the surrounding area on the half wall.

• Outside

  • Do a lap around the building, sweep and remove all trash.

  • Remove cobwebs and debris from exterior walls and light fixtures.

Wednesdays - Chairs.

• Check that all bolts on dining room chairs are secure.

• Wipe down the legs, footrests, and seats of all chairs in the dining room and bar.

Thursdays - Windows and Lights

• Clean all windows, including the garage doors.

• Wipe down all pendant lights in the dining room and bar.

Fridays – Tables.

• Wipe down the bases, legs, and ledges of all tables in the dining room and bar area.

• Clean the undersides of the tables to remove any debris.

Saturdays - Deep Sweep.

• Move large items (like server stations, highchairs, etc.) to sweep under them.

• Sweep under wood piles and other hard-to-reach areas.

Sundays - Walls, Artwork, Baseboards, and Bar Backs.

• Wipe down all walls, artwork, and any wall features.

• Clean the baseboards in the dining room and bar area.

• Remove all items from bar shelves, wipe down shelves, and return items.

  • Take rubber mats to the dish pit and spray them down.

• Polish copper bar backs.

• Wipe down all cabinets behind the bar.

  • Remove/move extra stock and wipe underneath.
